Personal Events

Other than weddings in Graham Chapel, personal events for students, staff and faculty, such as wedding receptions, anniversary parties, birthday parties, etc. can only be requested during the following breaks in the academic year.

1) Semester Break

2) Spring Break

3) Summer Break

Personal events applications are accepted according to the client's affiliation to the University. Please review the below affiliation and booking policies prior to completing a Personal Event Space Request Form

Additional Information

Prior to completing a Personal Event Request Form, please review the Reservation Policies and Space Guidelines to assist you in requesting the most appropriate space for your event. Since each of the Premier and Common Spaces are unique, separate policies for each space exists
