Mallinckrodt Center Vendor Table

  1. There are four 6' X 30” tables stored in the Information Desk that serve as vendor tables in Mallinckrodt Center. Tables are booked in half table increments so each table accommodates two spaces. There is no charge for booking these tables.
  2. Tables are booked through the Event Services web-site at www.eventservices.edu.
  3. Students and student groups may book a table space for five weekdays per month. Tables are not booked on weekends or holidays. Typically, vendor tables are manned from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. each day. Longer hours are allowed.
  4. Students and student groups may book a whole table (both spaces) when sponsoring an outside vendor for fundraising for no longer than five consecutive weekdays. Tables are not booked on weekends or evenings. All vendors must be registered with Student Union and additional Student Union vendor policies apply. Only Student Union groups are allowed to book tables for vendors. Vendors are not permitted to reserve these tables. Credit card and cell phone vendors are not allowed.
  5. Students and student groups wanting to give out food and beverages must review the Food Distribution Policies found at (link) prior to completing a Food Distribution Request Form found at (link). Completed forms are forwarded to Dining Services for their approval. In the event the form is not approved, the applicant will be contacted by Dining Services. The approved Food Distribution Request Form must be displayed on the vendor table during the tabling hours.
  6. Due to fire code, two tables are placed on either side of the Mallinckrodt Center Information Desk. The permanently installed benches serve as seats for these tables. Chairs may not be moved into this area. Information Desk Attendants or the students place the tables and return after tabling hours end.
  7. Students, student groups and vendors must stay behind the vendor tables.
  8. Students, student groups and vendors must be considerate of others tabling and guests and tenants of Mallinckrodt Center. Volumes of audio visual equipment used by students, student groups and vendors must be kept at a reasonable level.
  9. Event Services reserves the right to prohibit students, student groups and vendors from booking vendor tables if stated policies and procedures are violated.
