Event Services is proud of the variety of experience our staff possesses in event planning. From small and intimate to large scale events, Event Services possesses the experience to assist you in booking, planning and executing a most successful event. Below is a quick summary of each staff member and their background that makes them uniquely qualified in the field of Event Management.
Phyllis Jackson, Assistant Director of Event Services, is an alumna of the University of Missouri at St. Louis. She began working at the University in 1987 in Development Services as a Gift Processor. In 1992, Phyllis moved to the Office of Residential life where she assumed the position of Assistant Director of Summer Conferences, and served there until her move to Event Services in 1998.
Eileen Noonan, Event Coordinator, began her Event Planning career at Maritz Travel Company. During her 12 years at Maritz, Eileen planned and operated events world-wide, for small company clients to Fortune 500 clients. She joined the Event Services team in 2003 and holds a Masters Degree in Spanish from Saint Louis University.
Barbara Tennant, Scheduling Coordinator, has been with the University since 2002. Barbara came to the University with over 30 years of customer service experience.
Event Services is located in Danforth University Center, Room 322. Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
