Booking a Space
Prior to completing a Reservation Request Form, please review the reservation policies and space guidelines to assist you in requesting the most appropriate space for your event. Since each of the Premier and Common spaces are unique, separate policies for each space exists.
The policies for the outside spaces are currently under construction. Feel free to contact Event Services for more information on these spaces.
In addition to reviewing the above polices, the following student groups should review the polices pertaining to their groups:
- Undergraduate students and student groups: When planning the event, undergraduate students and student groups are responsible to review the guidelines and checklists generated by the Office of Student Activities at http://www.getinvolved.wustl.edu/policies/.
- Fraternities and Sororities: If the event is affiliated with a Fraternity or Sorority please review guidelines and checklists at http://www.glo.wustl.edu.
- Graduate student groups: The policy website for Graduate students groups is currently under construction.
